That said the amount of work it would require to try and do something like this that still wouldn't really work correctly especially when the game already gives you a good amount of information with spotting and the minimap and grenade indicators that something like this would be a waste of time. True fullscreen mode (1not the windowed fullscreen mode) uses an entirely different memory map than regular windowed mode.
Since I play at 4k and shrink the UI size down, the crosshair does not scale with it and is incredibly hard to see due to the very small size. Simple external crosshair overlay, requires. The entire video memory map for fullscreen mode is moved to a whole. other area of the map that AutoHotkey can't currently reach. I use Custom Desktop Logo which just places an image as a top priority over windows and does not affect APB or any other game at all.
